Cancellation Policy
When booking with Self AESTHETICS, you will be asked to provide your credit card details and agree to our cancellation policy. A $50 deposit will be taken to secure your appointment, this will be deducted from your treatment should you have it on the day.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
A $50 cancellation fee applies to ALL bookings should you cancel less than 24*hrs prior to your appointment, or if you are a no-show. Please note that this applies to consultation bookings also. Our Time is as valuable as yours.
*Please txt the clinic if have a legitimate reason for cancelling within the 24hour time frame, for example you are awaiting a COVID-19 test result. We will discuss your treatment and appointment options with you.
Please note the Cancellation Policy does not apply when the Queensland Government has enforced a “lockdown”. If this happens, we will contact you to reschedule your appointment.
Vaccination Policy
Please read carefully
In accordance with the Australian Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons & the Australian Society of Cosmetic Dermatologist, it has been recommended that dermal filler treatments are performed two weeks prior to vaccination or least two weeks after a vaccination, to avoid any adverse reactions occurring at the time when your filler is settling in. This also means that the side effects of the filler treatment or the vaccination cannot be mistaken for one another.
Anti Wrinkle injections are not affected by Covid 19 vaccinations. However if you have had a tetanus or whooping cough vaccine you will need to wait 6 weeks after for your Anti Wrinkle Injections.
